Although I’m using ’10’, it’s tough going, both ‘simplistic’ and frustratingly hidden and overblown. If yes, then I would suggest you to install the update and check if it helps.

Using Third Party Software is at your own risk. No wonder a bunch of people are now selling support to corporate users who wiselywish to continue to use XP. I have been using windows since Windows 3. Do not worry, will assist you with the issue. I never thought that a computer program would make me hate being on the computer but windows 10 has accomplished windowss. I too cant play a cd or DVD after upgrading to windows 10 – wish I had never done it.
